Asian (World) Center for Missions, Inc. (ACM) is committed to protecting your personal information and handling it responsibly in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. No. 10173). This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and manage your personal data, particularly in relation to your participation in ministry mobilization program, ministry-related seminars and trainings, engagement in missionary care program, and submission of prayer requests.
Types of Information Collected
Unless you explicitly indicate your desire to remain anonymous in relation to your ministry engagement with ACM, we require minimum collection of personal information from you such as:
- Name
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Complete Address
Your personal telephone/mobile number and email address will be used to contact you regarding announcements, promotions, acknowledgment of prayer requests, ministry updates, your participation in mission mobilization platforms, ministry-related seminars and trainings, and engagement in missionary care program.
Disclosure of Personal Information
ACM generally does not disclose personally identifiable information to third parties. However, in certain instances, we may share such information with third-party service providers engaged by ACM to support specific online activities. These providers are granted access only to the personal data necessary to perform their services and are strictly prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
We may also disclose personal information when required to comply with applicable laws and regulations, judicial processes, or directives from law enforcement agencies. Additionally, disclosure may occur to ensure the security of our website, to protect the rights, property, or safety of ACM, or for other legitimate and lawful purposes.
Data Security
ACM employs physical, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the personal information we collect and process. These measures are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure continued effectiveness.
Access to personal data is strictly limited to authorized ACM personnel who require it to perform their official duties. Where necessary, ACM may also grant access to contracted third parties who are engaged to perform specific functions. These parties are permitted to process personal information solely for the purposes outlined in their agreements and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Data Retention
ACM retains personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill legitimate business purposes and to continue providing ministry updates and activities that support your engagement and partnership with us.
Retention periods are determined by the following criteria:
- Purpose of Use: Personal information is retained for up to five (5) years to support ministry-related activities.
- Legal and Regulatory Requirements: Information may be retained longer as required to comply with applicable laws, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
When personal information is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymized. If immediate deletion is not feasible (e.g., due to backup systems), the data will be securely stored and isolated from further processing until deletion is possible.
